WHAT TO EXPECT
- After an assessment of your treatment goals and problem zones, you will relax in our treatment room.
- Before and After Pictures are taken for Progress, these pictures are confidential!
- Small electrodes are placed on your trouble spots and the treatment will start.
- Treatments are 45 min long and it is recommended to come twice a week for 5 weeks for the best results.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
- Drink water prior to your session to enhance the lymphatic drainage process
- Do NOT work out the day BEFORE and the day OF your treatment
- Bring a change of BRA and BRIEFS that allow treatment areas to be accessed and wear comfortable clothing, to put on after your treatment, as you will sweat!
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
- Drink plenty of water to flush the released toxins and fat cells.
- For nursing mothers pump and dump your first collection of breast milk after the treatment due to toxin release
- Resume normal activities
- Soreness and tenderness in the muscles are common
- Follow a healthy fitness routine, diet, and lifestyle to optimize and maintain your results.
