Cara is a Nurse Practitioner, she studied at the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College.  

Cara has specialized training in Primary Health Care, Medical Weight Management, Medical Foot Care and Medical Aesthetics (injections). Cara has practiced nursing for 15 years in multiple practice settings and is also a Certified Perioperative Nurse.

Hi I am Erin! I am a Registered Practical Nurse, graduated in 2020 from St Lawrence College. I have a career background mainly in Public Health and Family Medicine. 

Recently I have been focused on my continued education, specializing in general esthetics, medical aesthetics, cosmetic injections and advanced foot care. 

I look forward to practicing near my hometown and meeting all of Nurse Cara’s existing clients as well as our future clients.
